You fill out the form on the right. We ship a hardened mini-PC to your office (or provision a VPC in your AWS/Azure). We schedule the install date around your week.
We arrive in the morning, rack the node, connect it to your network, sync your QuickBooks Online (or QB Desktop via Web Connector), ingest the last 12 months. The four agents are running by lunch.
Half a day with your bookkeeper, controller, or office manager. Walk through the approval queue. Set tier thresholds to match your existing approval limits. Calibrate the morning briefing.
Every morning by 06:00 you get the briefing email. The queue fills up overnight. Your operator approves through the day. We stay on Slack/SMS for tuning — agent.ap thresholds, AR follow-up cadence, AIA draw schedule.
$1,800/month if you continue. We pull the node and hand you a CSV + DB dump if you don't. Your QuickBooks file is exactly where it always was — we never wrote to it without your stamp.
