Priced per back-office node, not per user. Bring every PM, super, estimator, and bookkeeper. The harness runs on hardware you own (or a VPC you own). Cancel anytime — we hand back a full CSV and database dump.
A node is one physical or virtual back office. One company. One QuickBooks file. Every user in that office is included — your owner, controller, PM, super, estimator, bookkeeper, foreman. No per-seat charges, ever.
Yes. The pilot is 30 days of on-site setup and training in your Clearwater, Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete office. We provision the node, hook up QuickBooks, ingest your last 12 months, and train your operator. Outside the I-4 corridor adds travel.
Locally. The node runs Postgres + n8n + FastAPI on hardware you own (we bring it for the pilot) or a VPC under your AWS/Azure/GCP. Your books and your job archive never leave the box. The only outbound calls are the QuickBooks Online sync and the LLM provider (configurable; we default to a local model in production).
You get a full CSV export of every approval, audit log row, and drafted artifact, plus a Postgres dump. We pull the node. Your QuickBooks file is exactly where it always was — we never wrote to it without your stamp.
Pilot supports QBO. Harness tier adds QuickBooks Desktop (via Web Connector), Sage 100 Contractor, and Foundation. Yard tier supports custom integrations.
It doesn't replace your bookkeeper — it gives her her Fridays back. She still owns the close, the reconciliation, and the judgement calls. The harness handles the typing. If you currently pay a part-time bookkeeper $5,500/mo just to keep up, the math is obvious.
